not only was my head all a-swirl yesterday (forgot to take my medication) but my entire life feels like it’s spiraling a bit out of control right now. so many complicated relationships, so many events, so much to do at work…and never enough time or money or understanding. i think i’ve been holding up pretty well, but i feel like maybe the cracks are starting to show a bit.

Don’t let them ride you too hard at work. You know all those “important” people at the PSC there are so accomplished because the ride the work of other people. Don’t do all their research for them okay?! Good luck
